What personal data we collect and why we collect it
Form Entries
When visitors complete a web form all information they include in the form is sent to us. It is also stored securely within our website.
Cookies
If you visit our login page, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.
When you log in, we will set up several cookies to save your login information and your screen display choices. Login cookies last for two days, and screen options cookies last for a year. If you select “Remember Me”, your login will persist for two days. If you log out of your account, the login cookies will be removed.
Media
Certain areas of this website, specifically the Project Manager and Support Ticket system, allows media uploads. Any media uploaded is stored on our server for review and display in those systems.

What rights you have over your data
If you are not a current client and have contacted us for service and have not decided to utilize our services, submit an e-mail request to have your data removed from our system. You can do so using the Contact Form, of which that form entry will be included in the deletion.
If you are a current client your information must be retained in order to provide the best possible service on your project. Once your project is complete, and if no support services are agreed upon, send us a request to delete your personal information.
How we protect your data
Spartan Development constantly monitors the security of this website. We employ a combination of active and passive systems to detect intrusion attempts, suspicious website activity, and malware. SSL is active on all pages of this website to help ensure the secure transmission of information.
